HOUSE RULES

  1. Full payment of the reservation must be made at check-in.
  2. A no show for arrival with be charge one night room and tax and the reservation will be released for any remaining nights at no obligation to either party.
  3. The hotel partnership at the YMCA is a complimentary service for registered in-house guest. Using this facility is at users own liability.
  4. Hotel is 100% non-smoking property. Any smoking in rooms will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
  5. Guest valet parking is the only parking option for overnight guest. Nearby city garages provide hourly self-paid parking for non-hotel guests. An additional $5 will be charged for oversized vehicles. No parking available for buses without authorization prior to arrival. 
  6. We invited you to stay and travel with pets. Some room types are not pet friendly. Pet Fee will apply per stay with a max of 2 pets per room.
  7. We are not responsible for damaged or loss of personal belongings.
  8. Any damages identified upon check out will result in a damage fee for the amount of replacement or repair. Card on file will be charged and guest will be notified.
  9. We are not responsible for personal injuries caused inside or outside our facilities' installation, during the stay or transit in our facilities.
  10. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any situation caused in tours or walks outside our facilities.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please read our cancellation policy carefully, as it is not common for us to make an exception for it. To avoid any misunderstandings, we would appreciate your paying attention to the following:


  • House cancellation policy is 24-hours prior to arrival (6pm day prior). Cancellations after this policy time will result in one night room and tax charge.
  • If alternate date changes are needed prior to arrival request must be made prior to cancellation term to avoid change fee.
  • Any third party reservations or advance purchased reservations will be held to the policies and terms of providers terms.
  • Early check out requests must be communicated prior to 11am day of arrival. After 11am an early departure will result in a one night room and tax fee.
  • Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize any card on file up to 48-hours prior to arrival. In the event of a declined credit card hotel reserves the right to cancel entire reservation with no obligation to rebook at rate, guarantee availability or walk-policy if hotel is sold out.
  • Cancelations caused by acts of God will not be required to hold to house cancellation terms.
