We suggest by fueling up down at the Cobblestone Bar & Grill with some protein packed breakfast options (the Quinoa Scramble is a great option!) and then get to it! Whether you’re a short or long-distance runner or more on the weight lifting side, or hey- maybe you’re just now beginning that workout routine- we’ve lined out the perfect exercise options for you:
- Beginner Running Route:

- Long Distance Running Route:
The Virginia Capitol Trail is over 50 miles of routes. Though we aren’t saying you have to run THAT much, it is definitely the place if you’re more of a distance runner than a sprinter.
