Many of the items on our menu have been produced or harvested locally: fish from the Chesapeake Bay, produce from Hanover and Goochland Counties, and meats and cheeses from farmers in the Shenandoah Valley. We choose Virginia Products not only to support local agriculture, but also to bring you the freshest ingredients possible.
